At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for store credit or exchange on eligible items. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, only items in their original, unopened packaging can be accepted for a full return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the item, you will receive an email with your digital gift card or confirmation of your new exchange shipment.
